Microsoft Systems Administrator

About the role

Audubon is looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator to join its Bogotá office. The role focuses on managing a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure that spans on‑premises Windows Server environments and Azure cloud services, ensuring stability, security and high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Azure virtual machines in a hybrid environment.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online mailbox administration and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain Azure networking, storage, identity services, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Oversee virtualization platforms, perform server provisioning, patch management and lifecycle updates.
• Support LAN, WAN, VPN connectivity, routing and other core networking services.
• Monitor system performance, security and compliance with ISMS policies.
• Document procedures, configurations and incident resolutions and collaborate with security, networking and application teams.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft enterprise infrastructure in production.
• Proven experience with hybrid Microsoft environments combining Azure and on‑premises services.
