Mobile Engineer (AI) – Remote

About the role

Join a fast‑moving startup‑like environment where you will build AI‑powered mobile experiences from concept to production. You will work independently on new products, applying an AI‑native mindset to Android development while collaborating with a global team of top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with an AI‑native approach.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI or equivalent open‑source frameworks.
• Own the delivery process from product requirements through production with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to web or backend layers when needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases.
• Drive multiple net‑new product initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native multi‑agent orchestration.
• Self‑directed mindset, comfortable working from a brief or PRD.
• Ability to work across full‑stack layers and adapt to new codebases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
