MPIM Manager – Demand Forecast & Replenishment

About the role

The MPIM Manager will lead demand forecasting and product replenishment for our top brand, ensuring optimal inventory levels and supporting commercial growth. You will work closely with merchandising, supply, and commercial teams to translate data into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts for the top brand.
• Lead monthly consensus meetings with commercial, merchandising and supply teams.
• Support commercial, customer service and merchandising departments on product introductions, discontinuations and opportunity monitoring.
• Oversee replenishment of fashion and seasonal products, handling inbound and outbound flows.
• Identify and resolve demand‑supply discrepancies and significant forecast variances.
• Analyze KPI performance (forecast accuracy, fill rate, excess & obsolete) as part of the rolling forecast and consensus process.
• Monitor product performance monthly and contribute to quarterly product meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in demand and supply planning within a supply‑chain network.
• At least 3 years of team‑management experience.
• Proven experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
• Broad cross‑functional exposure to commercial and finance functions.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations (demand, supply, logistics, inventory, customer service).

Required skills

• APIC certification (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with planning tools, specifically SAP APO.
