MuleSoft Developer – Colombia

About the role

Slalom is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to design and deliver intelligent integration solutions that enable clients to accelerate digital transformation. You will work with a collaborative team to translate business requirements into robust MuleSoft implementations and leverage AI‑assisted tools to improve delivery speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well‑architected MuleSoft solutions.
• Participate in technical design sessions and produce detailed solution documentation.
• Develop, test, and document integration and data‑migration components.
• Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure proper design patterns.
• Provide effort estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
• Utilize approved AI tools for discovery, development, testing, and documentation, reviewing AI‑generated outputs for correctness and security.
• Contribute reusable AI‑enabled assets such as prompts, automations, and agents.

Required profile

• Proficiency in object‑oriented and functional programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise applications (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday).
• Strong understanding of web service standards (REST, GraphQL, JSON, SOAP/WS*) and data storage systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Hadoop).
• Experience delivering real‑time, event‑driven, and batch integration solutions.
• Knowledge of QA processes, test‑driven development, and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted delivery of MuleSoft integrations.
