NAM MT TranSCend Finance Testing Lead

About the role

The NAM MT TranSCend Finance Testing Lead delivers end-to-end finance testing for TranSCend releases within their geographical scope. The role covers detailed planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, ensures accurate and compliant documentation for audit, and manages risks and dependencies across the release. It works in partnership with the TranSCend Global Validation team, the Finance GPO organization and the TranSCend Implementation CoE. TranSCend is a multi-year digital transformation moving many global ERPs onto a single SAP/S4 HANA platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build the testing plan aligned with the deployment plan, based on inputs from BPO and PO, and define the finance test scope for each phase
• Coordinate finance testing with other TranSCend teams, FIN teams (including legacy ERP) and SigniFi, LEGOP
• Analyse risks against timelines and guide the finance team through the testing framework, deliverables and timelines
• Prepare testing metrics collection and reporting, and lead the FIN implementation CoE through SIT, BST, SCT, UAT and BRT phases
• Lead delivery and interpretation of testing metrics for status reporting and stage-gate readiness
• Document and track FIN testing defects in JIRA, assign them and follow up on resolution
• Coordinate the Production Readiness Verification (PRV) plan and hypercare defect handling across finance teams
• Identify testing improvements for future efficiency

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of program testing strategy, methodology and compliance
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformation with speed and complexity
• Ability to plan, lead, coordinate and drive testing, and to resolve testing impediments and risks
• Strong interpersonal skills, ownership and business understanding
• Enthusiasm for promoting standards and automation in line with continuous improvement
• Experience in Finance Transformation (tech and process) is desirable
