Node Team Lead (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Node Team Lead to guide a globally distributed development team. You will oversee both front‑end and back‑end engineers, ensuring technical excellence while driving innovation across large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to define the global technical architecture and integration points for third‑party and existing systems.
• Validate technical decisions against integration contracts and overall solution design.
• Lead task allocation, risk identification, estimation, conflict resolution, and planning for the development team.
• Participate in client, user, and stakeholder meetings to translate requirements into actionable technical plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional Node.js development experience.
• Strong background in agile methodology management.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns, IT infrastructure, and security considerations.
• Proven experience delivering and integrating large‑scale applications.
• Extensive experience in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English communication skills.
