NOLA Controller – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The NOLA Controller will join the Numerator International finance team, reporting to the LATAM Regional Controller. This position works closely with Finance Business Partners across Latin America to deliver accurate management information and ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all reporting requirements on time and with high quality, following the reporting calendar.
• Analyse financial data to support business decisions and provide insight into financial impact.
• Produce routine and ad‑hoc analysis and reports in partnership with Business Partners.
• Manage working capital in line with company policy.
• Support implementation of new business processes with global and regional teams.
• Maintain a robust controls environment together with internal audit and compliance.
• Assist internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
• Review local tax and VAT filings.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting or management.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Member of a professional accounting body.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP; understanding of US GAAP desirable.
• Experience with system change and automation projects.
