NOLA Controller

About the role

The NOLA Controller will join Numerator International’s finance team, reporting to the LATAM Regional Controller. The role supports finance business partners across Latin America, ensuring accurate management information, compliance and effective audit coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all reporting requirements on time and with high quality according to the reporting calendar.
• Analyse financial data to help business partners understand the impact of decisions.
• Produce routine and ad‑hoc analyses and reports in collaboration with business partners.
• Manage working capital in line with company policy.
• Support the rollout of new business processes together with global and regional teams.
• Maintain a robust controls environment alongside internal audit and compliance.
• Assist internal and external auditors and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Review local tax and VAT filings.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or management.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Member of a professional accounting body.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP; understanding of US GAAP desirable.
• Experience with systems change and automation.
