About the role

We are looking for an Occupancy & Retention Support Agent to join our team. The role is fully remote, with a one‑month onsite training period, and supports property management operations through detailed administrative work.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage occupancy checks using internal systems.
  • Monitor renewal triggers and assist the renewals process.
  • Track outcomes and route cases based on results.
  • Initiate internal escalations and manage work orders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures consistently.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
  • Experience in administrative support, tracking, or operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Background in property management or renewals support is a plus.
