About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our near‑shore presence in Bogotá. You will oversee onboarding, daily office coordination, and support both local employees and global leaders, ensuring a seamless experience as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary local contact for employee and EOR (Employer of Record) inquiries, handling onboarding, processes, and escalations.
- Coordinate new‑hire logistics, including equipment setup and workspace access.
- Support employee lifecycle activities in partnership with global People teams.
- Promote company culture through local events, communications, and informal engagement.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the private WeWork office, including access, badges, meeting rooms, and facilities.
- Assist visiting leaders and global team members with logistics and scheduling.
- Identify future space requirements and contribute to long‑term office planning.
- Help develop and implement office policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in team and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
