Online Chat Sales Operator

About the role

We are looking for a remote Online Chat Sales Operator to join Straton Chatting Solutions. In this role you will engage with fans of digital creators, answer their messages, and promote subscription‑based offers through live chat. The position is fully remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis with weekly payouts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming chat messages in a natural, engaging manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with fans to encourage retention.
• Promote creator offers, paid content, and subscription plans through chat.
• Follow provided scripts, account guidelines, and team instructions.
• Maintain consistent performance during assigned shifts and collaborate with team leads to improve results.

Required profile

• Fluent or near‑fluent English written communication.
• 18 years of age or older and comfortable with mature/adult‑oriented creator content.
• Reliable laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Fast typing speed and a sales‑mindset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.

What we offer

• Base pay ranging from $1 to $3 per hour, depending on experience and shift.
• Commission of 5 %–12 % on sales, with the potential to earn $100–$1,000 weekly.
