Online ESL Teacher for Young Learners (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic American expats who are certified English teachers to deliver live, group lessons to young learners online. You will teach via Zoom and WebEx using a structured curriculum, making learning fun and effective while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging group English lessons for children using Zoom/WebEx.
• Follow the provided curriculum and adapt activities to keep students motivated.
• Maintain a professional online classroom environment, including attendance and progress tracking.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and community events organized by the company.

Required profile

• Native English speaker, preferably from the United States.
• Valid 120‑hour TESOL/TEFL certification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of online English teaching experience, including group instruction.
• Energetic, fun teaching style and a genuine love for working with children.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 processor or higher.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• High‑speed internet connection (≥20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable.
• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for stable power.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam.
• Quiet, private, well‑lit teaching space.
