Online ESL Teacher - Young Learners

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic American expats with certified English teaching credentials to deliver live, group-based online lessons to young learners. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a stable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging English lessons for groups of children via Zoom and WebEx, following a structured curriculum.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, and effective learning environment.
• Adhere to the scheduled teaching hours (Monday‑Friday 6‑10 PM Beijing Time; Saturday‑Sunday 9 AM‑9 PM Beijing Time).
• Track student progress and provide feedback as required.

Required profile

• Native English speaker, preferably from the USA.
• Valid 120‑hour TESOL/TEFL certification.
• Minimum two years of online English teaching experience, including group instruction.
• Energetic, child‑friendly teaching style and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom.
• Proficiency with WebEx.
