Onsite Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Propio Language Services is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and place contract interpreters for more than 350 languages. This remote, full‑time position supports the growth of our interpreter network across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for a wide language portfolio.
• Develop and maintain interpreter relationships throughout the United States.
• Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns under the guidance of the Onsite Recruiting Manager.
• Achieve weekly recruiting targets set by the department head.
• Utilize recruiting data and analytics to meet fill‑rate standards.
• Manage candidate applications and workflow using the ATS.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume recruitment experience.
• Experience in a metrics‑driven environment; language‑services background is a plus.
