Operations Director

About the role

Publicis Production in Bogotá is seeking an Operations Director to define, scale, and continuously optimize its operational model. The role drives efficient execution, sustainable growth, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evolve the operational model, governance frameworks, and best practices to align with business objectives and delivery needs.
• Lead and develop Operations Leads, establishing performance expectations, succession plans, and a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Own capacity planning and workforce strategy, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure alignment with demand.
• Oversee delivery performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets while managing risks and escalations.
• Partner with Finance to monitor financial performance indicators, support budgeting, and drive profitability improvements.
• Identify and lead process optimization, automation, and AI initiatives to enhance scalability and operational maturity.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading operations, delivery organizations, or transformation initiatives in production, creative services, or shared services environments.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, capacity planning, workforce management, and operational governance.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to balance performance and profitability.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and experience driving organizational change.
