Operations & Project Management Lead

About the role

Parallel is building the next generation of hiring infrastructure and needs an Operations & Project Management Lead to own the execution of a high‑impact software project. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and client operations, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of product initiatives from planning through launch and post‑release evaluation.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate engineering, product, design, operations, and client stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and drive timely decision‑making.
• Build repeatable operational processes that improve execution speed and predictability.
• Own release management, including deployment readiness, QA coordination, user acceptance testing, and launch checklists.
• Monitor project health through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, product operations, or a similar execution‑focused role.
• Proven success managing complex cross‑functional software projects from concept to production release.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
