Operations Project Manager – Events, Logistics & Deployments

About the role

Our client designs and operates interactive digital kiosks, signage, games and branded experiences for events, retail and entertainment across North America. They need a seasoned Operations Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of event, logistics and deployment projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, budgets, scope and quality.
• Own and optimise ClickUp as the single source of truth, creating workflows, templates, dashboards and task dependencies.
• Develop and implement scalable SOPs, checklists and reporting structures to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, software, hardware, logistics, finance, vendors, field teams and clients.
• Track and maximise billbacks, change orders, recoverable expenses and margin protection.
• Plan and execute logistics: shipping, receiving, staging, installation, returns and site readiness.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities across procurement, vendors and operational workflows.
• Maintain clear client communication, manage expectations, approvals and risk reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing fast‑paced, multi‑vendor projects with 3–6 week waterfall timelines.
• Strong ability to keep projects on schedule, within budget and aligned with client quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in logistics and deployment processes.
• Comfortable working remotely with preferred EST working hours.
