Operations Supervisor – Delivery Robotics Operation

About the role

The Operations Supervisor leads a team of Pilots who remotely operate delivery robots, ensuring real‑time operational continuity, performance against key metrics, and compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of remote Pilots.
• Monitor live operations, detect deviations or incidents, and apply corrective actions.
• Track, analyse, and report operational KPIs for productivity, quality and SLA compliance.
• Provide continuous feedback, performance coaching and emotional support to the team.
• Escalate operational or technical incidents following established protocols.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards and client requirements.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through data analysis and operational optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role, preferably in a BPO or real‑time operations environment.
• Strong experience managing operational metrics and performance indicators.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and verbal).
• Leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under high‑pressure, real‑time conditions.
• On‑site availability on a full‑time basis.
