OTA Performance Manager

About the role

The OTA Performance Manager is responsible for the visibility, integration health, and commercial performance of a vacation‑rental portfolio across major online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Home2go and Vacayhomeconnect. This data‑driven role ensures every property is correctly connected, accurately listed, competitively positioned and performing at its full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the connection between the property management system (Streamline) and all OTA channels, ensuring rates, availability, content and reservations sync without errors.
• Conduct regular integration audits to identify broken mappings, duplicate listings, missing properties or incorrect fee/tax imports.
• Audit and optimise listing titles, descriptions, photos, amenities and cancellation settings to improve conversion on each platform.
• Audit the full fee stack on each OTA, identifying commissions, service fees or hidden costs that erode owner returns.
• Protect active inventory from suspension, delisting or visibility suppression by preparing evidence‑based appeals.
• Identify under‑performing homes using competitive data and implement listing improvements to turn performance around.
• Coordinate with PMS, channel‑manager support, photography, marketing and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and keep listings up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance optimisation.
• Deep understanding of OTA algorithms, rate parity and channel connections.
• Hands‑on experience managing integrations between a PMS and multiple OTA platforms.
• Ability to conduct detailed audits, prepare evidence‑based appeals and act swiftly to protect inventory.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
