Outbound Caller (Remote, EST Timezone)

About the role

8 Limbs Creative is seeking a remote Outbound Caller to engage leads generated from client advertising campaigns during U.S. business hours. You will qualify prospects, schedule consultations, and ensure each lead reaches a final disposition.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new leads immediately after they enter the CRM.
• Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email with unresponsive or previously contacted leads.
• Qualify leads using client‑specific scripts, intake questions, and eligibility criteria.
• Gather accurate information, handle objections, and keep conversations moving toward the next step.
• Schedule appointments directly on the client’s calendar and warm‑transfer qualified leads.
• Document every contact attempt, conversation, and outcome in the CRM.
• Update lead statuses, pipeline stages, notes, and follow‑up tasks.
• Escalate urgent or high‑value opportunities promptly.
• Report recurring objections and lead‑quality concerns to internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with client privacy and data‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound calling, lead intake, appointment setting, call‑center operations, sales development, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up via multiple channels.
• Ability to build trust quickly, handle objections, and manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
