Outbound Marketer – Remote (Colombia, Mexico, Panama)

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Marketer to join our remote team and help drive business growth by connecting prospective members with our sales department. The position is fully remote and open to residents of Colombia, Mexico, and Panama, offering steady full-time hours and performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls during scheduled shifts following approved scripts.
• Engage leads, answer basic questions, and overcome initial objections.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately document call outcomes and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Meet performance targets for calls, contacts, and appointments.

Required profile

• Clear, confident, and professional spoken English (conversational).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call-center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-up abilities.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM Pacific Time.
