Outbound Sales Development Representative – B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to promote an AI‑powered SaaS security solution to businesses that provide security system maintenance and service plans. You will work remotely, contacting decision‑makers across the US, Canada and the UK to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold and warm calls to B2B prospects in the security systems industry.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach Operations Managers, Service Directors and Business Owners.
• Communicate the value proposition of our AI‑driven SaaS platform clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, notes and appointments in HubSpot CRM.
• Track and meet weekly booking targets and KPI metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound telemarketing, sales development or cold calling.
• Proven record of consistently booking qualified meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Native‑level conversational English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for US, Canadian or UK audiences.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
