Outbound Sales Representative (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual outbound sales representative to contact daycare owners, introduce our business support program, and guide them through enrollment. The role is phone‑focused, fast‑paced, and aims to build genuine relationships with small childcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to childcare directors and business owners.
• Present the program clearly and answer questions in both English and Spanish.
• Log all interactions, notes, and outcomes in the company CRM.
• Assist prospects through the full enrollment process, from first contact to completion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and handle objections professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Spanish with a clear accent.
• Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
• Organized and able to use basic digital tools.
• Resilient, coachable, and motivated to achieve targets.

Required skills

• Google Workspace
• CRM software (experience not required, training provided)
