P2P Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive P2P Team Lead to drive the performance of our Accounts Payable and purchase-to-pay function. Reporting to Operations, you will oversee a multi-entity team, ensure timely processing of invoices and expenses, and maintain high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage daily goals, workload, and priorities for the P2P team.
• Take ownership of team delivery, performance metrics, and overall service quality.
• Process and oversee supplier invoices and employee expense claims using NetSuite OneWorld.
• Resolve incoming queries related to invoices, expenses, and payments efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, or supporting an AP/P2P team.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
