Paid Advertising Specialist – Lead Generation

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist focused on lead generation to support and execute paid campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with lead strategists or independently own end‑to‑end strategy for core accounts, leveraging AI‑driven tools to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid platforms, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions and zero revenue‑impacting errors.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing and day‑to‑day performance without constant oversight.
• Build, optimize and monitor ad campaigns, prepare performance reports and present data‑driven insights.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop test hypotheses and recommend data‑backed optimizations aligned with client goals.
• Manage client testing roadmaps, prioritize experiments and ensure on‑time launches.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• At least 1 year of direct‑response marketing experience for e‑commerce or B2B lead generation.
• Experience managing paid advertising strategy on Meta or Google Ads platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify and client‑facing communication.
• Strong Excel abilities and solid data‑analytics skills.
