Paid Media Supervisor – Healthcare

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Media Supervisor to lead strategy and execution for healthcare clients. You will own end‑to‑end campaign management, drive performance across multiple paid channels, and act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strategically oversee designated paid media accounts, ensuring pacing and KPI targets are met.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies, road‑maps, and testing plans across platforms.
• Lead a small team of Media Managers, delegating tasks and fostering skill development.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to align campaigns with client goals and improve overall business impact.
• Generate performance reports, write insights, and communicate results to clients.
• Continuously test, optimize, and expand paid media offerings, leveraging AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of paid media experience managing budgets of $100K‑$1MM per month.
• Proven track record in developing multi‑channel strategies for search, display, social, and programmatic.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior media professionals.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
