About the role
We are a growing civil‑litigation law firm seeking a remote Paralegal to join our team. The role supports attorneys in all phases of case work, from drafting documents to communicating with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research and perform thorough document reviews.
- Manage case files and ensure accuracy of records.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and legal teams.
- Assist with personal injury, employment, and immigration matters as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in a law firm, preferably with US firms.
- Strong word‑processing and organizational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies or a related field.
- Self‑starter attitude and professional interpersonal skills.
