About the role
We are seeking a motivated part‑time Sales Representative to generate advertising partnerships for local businesses. The role focuses on outbound cold‑calling and email prospecting to promote advertising space on free restaurant takeout menus distributed to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to local businesses such as plumbers, HVAC companies, and realtors.
- Introduce and pitch advertising opportunities on printed restaurant menus.
- Follow structured outreach sequences and manage follow‑up communications.
- Maintain high activity volume and consistent outreach metrics.
- Log and track leads using the Pipedrive CRM.
- Work with provided lead lists and campaign tools.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills with minimal accent.
- Outgoing personality and confident phone presence.
- High work ethic and ability to sustain a high outreach volume.
- Comfortable in a metrics‑driven environment.
- No prior sales experience required; personality and consistency are key.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of $8–$9 (approximately $640–$900 per month based on 20–25 hours/week).
