Partner Solutions Architect

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to join its Channels & Alliances segment. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for Datadog’s partners, driving successful cloud migrations, application modernisation and DevOps transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner teams.
• Support partner initiatives such as end‑customer demos, proofs of value and enablement workshops.
• Advocate partner technical concerns and help resolve feature requests or support issues.
• Analyse partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase Datadog adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and technical services to shape new features.
• Continuously develop best‑practice guidance for Datadog platform adoption.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in a customer‑ or partner‑facing technical role.
• Strong background in IT development or operations with a passion for continuous learning.
• Self‑starter with solid business acumen and confident presentation skills.

Required skills

• Observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace.
• Public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud.
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry.
• Scripting/programming: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go.
• Configuration management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab.
