Part‑Time HR Administration Specialist

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join its HR department on a part‑time basis. You will support HR operations across multiple locations, focusing on attendance, compensation, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer base and variable time‑attendance tickets for several geographic sites.
• Improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to increase efficiency.
• Coach managers through the annual Performance Management Review process and KPI/goal setting.
• Prepare, review, and analyse annual merit‑increase data and related matrix charts.
• Manage compensation policies, including pay‑for‑performance, incentive programs, salary benchmarking, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Deliver analytical reports on internal compensation to influence business decisions.
• Provide advice and coaching on performance‑management issues and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Human Resources or analytical roles.
• Strong numerical sense and data‑analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time‑management, multitasking, and report‑preparation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Workday integration (preferred).
