About the role

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to company standards.
• Manage dough and pastry production, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen complying with hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.

Required profile

• High school diploma; preferably a technical qualification in pastry, bakery or confectionery.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dough, pasta and basic pastry product preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural kitchen environment.
