Patient Conversion Specialist – Regenerative Medicine

About the role

We are looking for a Patient Conversion Specialist to guide prospective patients through their regenerative medicine treatment journey, from the first inquiry to a confirmed medical appointment. This role combines structured communication, empathy, and results‑driven performance in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage national and international patient leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email with timely, professional communication.
• Provide clear, accurate, patient‑centered information about regenerative medicine treatments and processes.
• Guide patients through decision‑making, address concerns, and support informed choices.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed medical appointments while maintaining a high standard of patient experience.
• Meet KPIs such as conversion rates, scheduled consultations, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow‑up records within the CRM system.
• Execute consistent follow‑up protocols to ensure patient engagement and continuity of care.

Required profile

• Technical, associate, or bachelor’s degree (healthcare‑related fields preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
• At least 2 years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare sales, call‑center, or BPO environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions and achieve performance targets.
• Comfortable working with international patients and high‑value treatment programs.
