People Business Partner

About the role

Factored is looking for a People Business Partner to join its fully‑remote team. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to resolve workplace issues, drive engagement, and align HR initiatives with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee‑relations matters and ensure timely, fair resolutions.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns, conflicts, or policy violations.
• Advise managers on performance management, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to managers and employees to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, change‑management initiatives, and workforce‑planning projects.
• Analyze engagement, retention, and feedback trends to propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in people or business partnership roles, preferably within the tech industry.
• Proven track record handling employee‑relations issues and delivering career‑coaching support.
• Strong knowledge of labor‑law compliance and HR best practices.
