People Experience Manager

About the role

As Docplanner Group expands its operations in Colombia, we are creating a People Experience Manager role to shape how we support our people and leaders. You will combine strong HR expertise with a hands‑on approach, building processes, coaching leaders and tackling people challenges as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the country headcount plan, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining quality and a great candidate experience.
• Implement and standardise HR policies and processes aligned with the global People Experience framework, covering talent acquisition, performance management and talent development.
• Partner with the Colombia leadership team, providing coaching and practical advice on people‑related topics.
• Develop initiatives across the employee lifecycle to improve retention, engagement and address turnover challenges.
• Act as a strategic partner on organisational development, team effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Navigate employee‑relations matters together with Legal and external partners, ensuring compliance and practical solutions.
• Build and grow a high‑performing local People Experience team that can scale with the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Proven track record of building and improving HR processes, handling recruitment and retention challenges, and supporting teams through growth.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work from Bogotá, Colombia.
