People Experience Manager

About the role

Docplanner Group is seeking a People Experience Manager to shape HR processes and support growth in Colombia. This newly created position will help build a strong people foundation, coach leaders, and improve employee experience as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive hiring plans to meet the country headcount targets while ensuring quality and a great candidate experience.
• Implement and standardize HR policies, talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development aligned with the global PX framework.
• Partner with the Colombia leadership team, providing coaching and expert advice on people‑related topics.
• Develop initiatives across the employee lifecycle to retain and engage staff and address turnover challenges.
• Act as a strategic partner on organizational development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Manage labor‑related matters with legal and external partners to ensure compliance.
• Build and grow a high‑performing local People Experience team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Proven track record of building and improving HR processes, recruitment, and retention.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on, proactive, results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Strong HR expertise and knowledge of HR policies and processes.
• Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage employee relations.
