People Operations Associate

About the role

Atoms is seeking a People Operations Associate to act as the project manager for the People Team. You will translate HR strategy into operational execution, ensuring smooth, scalable employee lifecycle processes in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies and design repeatable, high‑quality processes that scale across the organization.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, driving adoption of new workflows across multiple teams.
• Monitor compliance, conduct data validation, and maintain audit trackers to guarantee operational accuracy.
• Provide program‑management support for recurring people cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Troubleshoot and manage internal People tools (e.g., FirstAdvantage, Sana, HRIS platforms) and coordinate with external vendors.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in People Ops, HR project management, business operations, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Analytical, process‑driven mindset with a passion for turning fragmented workflows into efficient systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a change agent across diverse stakeholders.
