People Partner Manager – Colombia (Bogotá)

About the role

The People Partner Manager for Colombia will be the senior People presence on the ground in Bogotá, leading a team of People Professionals across People Partnering and Health & Safety, and working closely with the General Manager and local leadership to deliver the People Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Business partnering: coach and develop managers, align People strategies with business goals, support employee relations, performance management and retention.
• Lead and develop a local team of People Partners and Health & Safety professionals, ensuring compliance with Colombian regulations.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end employee experience in Colombia, from onboarding through off‑boarding, and drive organisational development and change initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HRBP or People Manager role.
• Proven experience leading a team of HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian employment law; health & safety knowledge a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders.
• Fluent Spanish and strong working English.
