People & Partnership Specialist

About the role

The People & Partnership (P&P) Specialist works onsite in Bogota, Colombia, supporting the Operations team. The role partners with leaders and employees to deliver people-focused initiatives that improve engagement, communication and team performance, acting as a key link between operational teams and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leaders to support team engagement and people initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with employees and act as a point of contact for people-related concerns.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and retention programs.
• Coordinate operational communications and team initiatives.
• Monitor employee feedback and identify ways to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve employee or operational concerns.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation and track operational or people-related metrics.
• Support process improvement initiatives and take part in projects that promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations support, employee engagement, people programs, account management or a similar role.
• Nice to have: experience in a BPO, shared services or outsourcing environment, and exposure to employee engagement, project coordination or process improvement.
