Performance Marketing Analyst (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the role

We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst in Bogotá! We’re looking for someone who enjoys managing paid campaigns, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve performance in a growing fintech company. The position is on‑site near Calle 100 and Carrera 19, with a permanent contract and a Monday‑Thursday 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns targeting U.S. audiences.
• Monitor campaign spend, lead quality, costs, and conversion rates.
• Analyze metrics such as CPC, CTR, CAC, and ROAS to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support tests of ads, messaging, and landing pages.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced English and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
