Performance Marketing Partner (Remote)

About the role

MonetizeMore is looking for a Performance Marketing Partner to own and scale profitable paid traffic campaigns while optimizing on‑site monetization. You will work remotely, leveraging AI tools and a data‑driven mindset to drive revenue growth across a large portfolio of sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and scale clean paid traffic campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads, applying trader‑like discipline to maximize ROAS.
• Use AI‑augmented workflows to generate SEO‑friendly content and ad creatives at scale, maintaining a human‑in‑the‑loop quality check.
• Optimize on‑site layouts, navigation, and ad placements through A/B testing to increase Session RPM, Page RPM, and overall revenue.
• Identify the 20% of activities that generate 80% of profit growth and prioritize them across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Owner’s mentality with a focus on uncapped, performance‑based compensation.
• Resourceful and comfortable managing a vast portfolio single‑handedly.
• Strong analytical skills to balance cost and revenue for immediate profitability.

Required skills

• Deep experience with Google Ads (Search & Discovery).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with other buying platforms (plus).
• Ability to conduct A/B tests on ad placements and site navigation.
• Advanced use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation tools for content creation.
