Performance Marketing Specialist (Bilingual)

About the role

A bilingual Performance Marketing Specialist is sought to support digital marketing, e-commerce and eTail initiatives. The role covers coordinating marketing campaigns, managing retailer website content, monitoring campaign execution and working with cross-functional teams, creative agencies and external partners so projects are delivered accurately and on time. It is based in Barranquilla, Colombia, and is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Audit digital channel experiences for accurate content, consistent brand presentation and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate brand pages, product detail pages, category pages and promotional landing pages across major retail platforms.
• Support eTail marketing for retailers such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, eBay, Kroger, Meijer and CVS, and assist affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Support direct marketing, shared mail and acquisition email campaigns aligned with promotional calendars and project timelines.
• Prepare and deliver reports on campaign performance.
• Develop creative briefs, coordinate creative assets and media campaigns, and maintain marketing calendars and project documentation.
• Take part in meetings with internal teams and partners to review updates, changes, feedback and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail and proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly and to follow brand and legal requirements.
• Availability to comply with the assigned work schedule and attend required meetings.

Required skills

• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, retail marketing, campaign coordination, marketing reporting, content management, Asana, Slack, Google Analytics and basic HTML.
