About the role
Join Assurant as a SENA Apprentice in Operational Support, working remotely to assist service centers and call centers. This role offers hands‑on experience in customer service, operations, and administrative management.
Key responsibilities
- Support the attention and follow‑up of service‑center and call‑center requests.
- Update information in internal systems and manage operational cases and reports.
- Provide process support to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- Student enrolled in SENA, currently in the practical stage.
- Must have approval for an apprenticeship contract.
- Interest in customer service, operations, and administrative tasks.
- Basic proficiency with Office tools and a stable internet connection for remote work.
Required skills
- Basic use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
