Pre Litigation Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to oversee personal injury matters from intake through settlement. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters, ensuring each case moves efficiently through the pre‑litigation phase.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, tracking deadlines and milestones.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and treatment progress reports.
• Communicate with insurance companies, draft demand letters, and support settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents such as demand letters, medical chronologies, and case summaries.
• Collect and maintain evidence, including police reports and witness statements.
• Generate case status reports and keep tracking systems up to date.
• Assist attorneys with ad‑hoc administrative and case‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation case management or a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedural requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software.
