Pre-Litigation Case Manager – Personal Injury

About the role

We are seeking a remote Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to oversee personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The role involves coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to ensure timely case progression in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of pre‑litigation personal injury cases, ensuring timely follow‑ups and resolution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Obtain and track medical records, bills, and treatment progress; coordinate with medical providers.
• Communicate with insurance companies, draft demand letters, and support settlement negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents such as demand letters, medical chronologies, and case summaries.
• Organize case files, including police reports, witness statements, and medical records.
• Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements and preparing settlement documentation.
• Maintain compliance with legal procedures, court deadlines, and case milestones.
• Generate case status reports and update tracking systems.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation case management or a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management software.
