About the role

We are looking for a world‑class Principal Agentic Software Engineer to shape the future of AI‑assisted software development on a large‑scale, cloud‑native platform. This senior individual‑contributor role blends deep architectural expertise with a vision for how AI coding agents can transform software delivery at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term engineering and platform architecture strategy and lead modernization of distributed cloud‑native systems.
• Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and scalability practices.
• Drive organization‑wide adoption of AI‑assisted engineering workflows and evaluate emerging AI tools.
• Set secure and scalable integration practices for AI agents.
• Lead complex cross‑functional technical initiatives and partner with executive leadership on strategic technology decisions.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering excellence across teams.
• Contribute to scalable cloud‑native architectures and support Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps/SRE best practices.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven track record defining technical strategy at an organizational level.
• Exceptional communication, mentorship, and leadership abilities.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
