Procurement Analyst III

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst III to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end procurement process for Cardif Colombia. The role ensures that all purchasing activities are traceable, efficient and fully compliant with corporate governance, keeping the company’s operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Formalise procurement requests, secure necessary approvals and documentation.
• Manage the quotation cycle, evaluate vendors and select suppliers in line with governance policies.
• Create, track and close Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate lifecycle management.
• Optimise ticket and service management for sales and administrative teams.
• Control the legalisation of advances and travel expenses, guaranteeing policy compliance.
• Generate KPIs, dashboards and management reports to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high administrative rigor.
• Proactive attitude to propose process improvements and automation.
• Advanced level of English (mandatory).
