Procurement Senior Analyst

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Senior Analyst to manage end‑to‑end purchasing operations, vendor relationships, and financial alignment. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external suppliers, and finance, ensuring smooth procurement processes, on‑time deliveries, and strict budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and triage incoming procurement requests via the Jira ticketing queue.
• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate vendor quotations to achieve cost and value optimization.
• Create Purchase Requisitions and drive cross‑functional approval workflows to issue Purchase Orders promptly.
• Issue Purchase Orders, track manufacturing and delivery timelines, and coordinate logistics to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database with accurate information.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Own and regularly update procurement budget tracking files and drive the monthly accrual process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems) or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent cross‑departmental communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira ticketing and workflow tools.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/Procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for budget tracking, data analysis, and accruals.
