Product Designer

About the role

Complexity is building frontier commerce technologies and is looking for a Product Designer to shape the user experience of its first product, Factory, a B2B marketplace that connects buyers with manufacturers worldwide. You will work directly with the founder and engineering team to translate product concepts into polished, production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces for mobile, web, and dashboard experiences.
• Collaborate with the founder to set product direction, design priorities, and user‑experience standards.
• Build clean, scalable UI systems and design systems that ensure consistency across current and future products.
• Work closely with engineers to guarantee precise implementation of designs.
• Review product builds, provide detailed feedback, and iterate on existing experiences based on user input.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing mobile apps and web products with strong visual, typography, layout, and interaction design skills.
• Solid product thinking and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for execution quality.
