Product Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to define market positioning for our solutions and bring them to enterprise customers. The role collaborates closely with sales, consulting, delivery, partner, and marketing teams to craft clear messaging, align go‑to‑market strategies, and communicate value effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging for solutions, offers, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on go‑to‑market planning, identify gaps, and ensure alignment around target audiences.
• Support sales enablement by creating pitch decks, competitive guidance, customer stories, and other sales materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine messaging.
• Establish scalable product marketing processes, prioritize initiatives, and guide a small supporting team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or B2B go‑to‑market strategy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience working in enterprise or consultative sales environments.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments where priorities evolve quickly.

Required skills

• Experience translating technical capabilities into customer‑facing business value.
• Ability to develop sales materials such as pitch decks, competitive guides, and customer stories.
