Product Operations Specialist – Fraud Operations

About the role

Félix is seeking a Product Operations Specialist focused on fraud operations processes. In a fast‑growing fintech that moves millions of dollars over WhatsApp, you will design, own, and scale the SOP library that protects users while keeping the experience frictionless.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the single source of truth for all live fraud operational processes.
• Standardize high‑volume workflows into clear, repeatable step‑by‑step procedures.
• Map, fix, and scale complex fraud‑related workflows across risk, product, and engineering teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with Engineering and Product to implement them.
• Package processes so they can be executed consistently and efficiently, reducing false declines.
• Audit SOPs regularly to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in fintech, fraud operations, or risk management environments.
• Proven ability to document, audit, and scale operational processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and risk teams.
• Ability to balance fraud mitigation with a seamless user experience.
